I got a disorderly conduct ticket back in April. I had no clue what to do as this was the first time I had ever got in trouble. I went to my entail appearance and realized I had to get some help and fast as I am in the national guard and this could potentially end my career, I received a letter in th...e mail from Glenn's office and I immediately call him and explained what had happened, he told me that he would take care of it and he did just that. To add to he situation I received word that I was about to be deployed on a mission for the national guard but with this on my record it would be almost imposable for me to go. I again called Glenn and explained to him my situation and once again he took care of it getting ticket dropped to a fine and allowing me to go on this deployment. Glenn is a very professional and easy to work with person at no time did I feel pressured or worried about things after we talked I knew that he the skills, knowledge and professionalism to help me out and take care of this.
