I'd like to start by saying I am a repeat customer. This is my fourth time working with Jason. Each time I have used Jason's services I feel like it was money well spent. This time I was buying a home. There were no Realtor involved. This was a relatively straight forward purchase - however there... was some work that needed to be done on the property before closing. Jason advised me upfront on the risks, the options and then wrote up the amendments in a way that protected me - but was balanced and accepted by the seller.
