We hired Jason Greller to guide us through the purchase of a privately sold home. As as a first-time home buyer, I wasn't clear what and when tasks needed to be completed. Jason efficiently organized the material and deadlines that ultimately got us to closing on-time with all required tasks comple...ted. He was easy to work with, present but not omnipresent and holds a trove of information and insight valuable for the home buyer dealing with the myriad of issues that stand between the accepted offer and closing. If we were to do it over I would without question hire Jason again. He did an excellent job.

Jason Greller is proficient, prompt, professional and personal. You won’t find a more attentive and knowledgeable lawyer. We have used Jason four times both for selling and buying homes (one condominium). I'd like to start by saying I am a repeat customer. This is my fourth time working with Jason. Each time I have used Jason's services I feel like it was money well spent. This time I was buying a home. There were no Realtor involved. This was a relatively straight forward purchase - however there... was some work that needed to be done on the property before closing. Jason advised me upfront on the risks, the options and then wrote up the amendments in a way that protected me - but was balanced and accepted by the seller. Jason moved me through the whole process - making sure I was informed of what I needed to do and what the next steps were. Every time I interact with Jason I learn something factual about law. I feel like I am being educated about the process. He backs up his perspective with relevant examples from his past which help me understand the why. Jason was so great to work with! We decided to sell our house without a Realtor. I had contacted a few different Real Estate attorneys prior to putting our house on the market but hadn't made a final decision. During my initial conversation with Jason he informed me that all he needed was for us to... send him an offer to get the process started. Little did we know, we would receive 3 offers within 12 hours of listing our house! I was overwhelmed and had no idea how to handle things at that point. I decided to contact Jason and he was able to review the offers same day (after normal business hours). From the beginning he was extremely knowledgeable and explained things in a way that we could understand. He always provided us with options but also gave us his professional opinion which helped guide us through the process. During one point we encountered an issue with the buyer's financing. Jason was professional and prompt in presenting a solution that would ensure we were covered either way in this transaction; something I don't think other inexperienced attorneys would have done.
