We were lucky to work with the BEST!

We lost our Mother in an auto accident in June 2012. Our lives were turned upside down - especially our Dad's. Like many, we've had little to no experience in dealing with an attorney, especially for something like this! We received a ton of letters from attorneys who apparently read local papers ...for people in need of attorneys, but thankfully friends who work for a local insurance agency actually recommended Habush, Habush & Rottier. We called them, and James Jansen was assigned to our case. James worked closely with our family, explained every option and answered every question we had in terms we could clearly understand. He kept in close contact, and would sometimes just drop a line or make a call to see how we were doing, even if there was no news on our case. Practicing law for so many years, he was not only extremely knowledgeable in the law and process, but was very familiar with many other attorneys in the area... and is very respected among them. We ended up settling out of court and were pleased with our fair settlement. Sadly, between the time of the accident and the settlement, we lost our Dad to kidney failure / colon cancer. To our surprise, James took time out of his busy schedule to come to Dad's funeral! Not only were we fortunate enough to work with a WONDERFUL attorney, we feel like we gained a family friend through our darkest of times.

A Lawyer Worth Trusting

Lawyer Jim Jansen represented my 3 family members that were involved in a horrific car crash leaving my 6 year old son disabled. Jim took the time to gather all the facts, research all settlement avenues and in the end created a special needs trust account for our son to ensure his settlement money ...would always be protected. Jim was always compassionate for the pain our family was enduring and always kept us informed as to where the law suit was going. Jim showed a professionalism that ended up feeling like a life long friendship. He had walked through a horrible journey with our family and we will forever be grateful for all he did.

Leah Personal Injury case

Our 17 year old daughter was in an auto accident injuring her spinal cord. Jim kept us informed of all of our options during a very difficult time for our family.
