Biography
Attorney Daniel J. Evans joined his firm in 2003 and is currently a shareholder and partner. An experienced litigator, Attorney Evans focuses his practice in civil litigation, municipal law, and family law. Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Evans was a Judge Advocate in the Marine Corps, where he worked primarily as a prosecutor as well as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney. Attorney Evans has been an advocate in numerous jury trials. In addition to his courtroom experience, he has extensive skill and experience in real estate matters, contracts, personal injury law, employment law, alcohol licensing, consumer rights and traffic matters.
