Personal and proficient legal services

Ashley represented me in a complicated divorce case that involved the division of various assets accumulated over 30 years. She used new financial tools to help me consider options. This was a great help! She has excellent communication skills and was always available to me. She is focused on coopera...tive solutions. Her personal approach helped to make a difficult process much less stressful.

Cross-State Custodial Representation

I hired Ashley Richter on two separate occasions. Both of them were difficult scenarios as she represented me while I resided 1500 miles away from Wisconsin, where the court jurisdiction was placed. Both incidents were very time sensitive and time consuming. During my initial consultations, Ashley... was straight forward with her expectations. It took a lot of preparation on both our parts, but together we were able to resolve the issues to my benefit, and the best interest of my children. Ashley consistently kept me informed of different approaches we could take, the costs involved, and what her anticipated outcomes were. I work in law enforcement and have an abnormal work schedule. Ashley and her team worked me in around their busy schedule to make sure we were able to prepare in a timely fashion, and meet all of our deadlines. Her knowledge on family law goes unmatched, and it showed in each motion we presented. I have consulted, and worked professionally, with many attorneys; few match Ashley's demeanor, professionalism, and passion for her career. Her paralegal, Tracey, and the rest of the staff at Richter and Phillips, was equally as helpful and pleasant to work with. Their focus was always on how to best represent me and my family, and not how much money went into their pockets. Her suggestions reflected the same. I trusted whole-heartedly that Ashley's recommendations were always honest. When faced with negative opposing counsel, she continuously responded with class, tact, facts, and professionalism to the highest degree. I'm thankful to have met Ashley, employed her, and I would highly recommend her to anyone fitting her licensed areas. She's truly a rare find and one of the top attorney's in the field.

Guided me through emotional divorce

Ashley and her team guided me through my unexpectedly difficult divorce. I did not want to become a voiceless victim and lose everything I worked to build over a long term marriage. Ashley and her team held my hand thru every step and guided me to a favorable resolution in spite of the obstacles the...re were. I could not have ended up with a more positive outcome without them.

Very Good Attorney

Ashley did a great job in my child support and co-parenting counselor case. Her communication in emails was very timely and she did a great job in explaining the outcome in my case. I went through a very difficult divorce and she did a great job in helping me feel supported and respected. Ashley he...lped me get the best outcome I could in regards to child support and helping me a great co-parenting counselor for my boys and I who will become the parent coordinator in 2018. I would highly recommend Ashley to anyone looking for a professional and caring attorney.

"One of the highest compliments that any attorney can receive is to receive referrals from another attorney. In that regard, if I need to refer a family law client to another attorney, Ashley is one of the first people on my list. I trust that if a client is referred to her, the client will be satisfied, no matter the outcome. Ashley treats all parties, from clients, to witnesses, to opposing attorneys with respect and professionalism. I'm proud to be able to consider her a friend and a colleague and am happy to enthusiastically endorse her"

"Ashley and I were law partners for almost four years. Even though we are now in different law firms, I am very comfortable in recommending Ashley to assist clients who have cases that might require litigation. Ashley would provide excellent legal representation for a client with a case in family law, probate and trust disputes, and administrative law matters, including licensing. Ashley has the skills that any client would want in their attorney: She is very honest, intelligent, experienced, comfortable in the courtroom and very client friendly."
