Mark was my parents' attorney in the last years of their lives, working with them on estate and trust planning, writing their will and other late-in-life legalities. In 2015 I was dealing with a very difficult business situation. I made a phone call to Mark's firm and within 24 hours he was immediately helpful and began walking me through the short-term steps that I needed to take. Over the next few weeks he helped me understand my options in a professional and r...espectful manner. I appreciated that Mark helped me evaluate the options and ultimately the decision was mine to make. I could be right (more expensive) or I could take care of things in the most cost efficient way. I appreciated that Mark was practical, responsive and respectful especially knowing that in comparison to other cases/clients mine was not as lucrative, however, I always felt like I was given a high level of respect and service. I think Mark treats everyone fairly, no matter how big or small your need, challenge or case. I was grateful that he had my back. I was offered a very complex compensation contract with stock options at a previous company. Few things you notice right away in your first meeting with Mark is his friendly demeanor, his methodical approach in eliciting information from you and explaining the legal complexities in simple terms.
