Nadia Noboa-Chehade

Nadia has concentrated her practice in the area of civil litigation, focusing primarily on the practice of family law and personal injury law. As an attorney, Nadia is dedicated, compassionate, and personable, and takes pride in providing comprehensive, competent, and efficient service as she guides her clients through their legal process.

Nadia represents clients on any number of family law matters including but not limited to divorce; paternity establishment; child custody and physical placement establishment and modification; child support establishment, enforcement and modification; and drafting of agreements. Whether the circumstance calls for litigation or mediation, is contested or amicable, Nadia is able to offer a versatile approach according to the needs and circumstances of her clients, and strives to obtain fair and favorable results.

Nadia also represents plaintiffs in personal injury matters against insurance companies and has successfully negotiated many favorable settlements. Nadia has routinely handled cases involving car accidents, slip-and-falls, and dog bites/attacks. She personally understands the realities and difficulties of suffering a traumatic injury and the importance of having an advocate to represent the interests of the injured party. By taking charge of the legal aspects that arise from an accident or injury, Nadia encourages her clients to focus on their healing, while she does the rest. 

Nadia has gained insight and experience through public and private practice in Dane County and various other counties in South Central and Central Wisconsin. Her previous employment experiences range from employment with a governmental agency, to a large, national private firm, as well as small office settings. Throughout her diverse employment opportunities, Nadia has received the training and experience to manage complex legal issues and handle high-volume caseloads while maintaining a clear sense of direction. As a skilled advocate, Nadia maintains a strong commitment toward public service, and throughout the years has earned the respect of colleagues, court officials, and members of the community.

In addition to the experiences outlined above, Nadia is fully fluent in Spanish and welcomes the opportunity to serve the Spanish-speaking community. Nadia has worked as an interpreter and translator in diverse settings, including public schools, non-profit organizations, and private agencies.
