*I am DeLIGHTed to write this review* Att. Heckle was a referral from a mutual friend. My first impression was definitely that there was something unique about her. My litigations began abruptly and were regarding one of my children. These circumstances challenged me in new ways. Upon the full und...erstanding of what was ahead of me, I was left feeling a state of shock, I felt somewhat paralyzed. My first impression of Kelly was that she definitely had spunk. As the case evolved and I became weary she seemed to fight harder. I found myself feeling hopeful. She genuinely cares. The Honorable Judge will provide his final ruling in a couple weeks. Either way, the judge decides, I am confident that my counsel fought for me, gave it their all, and believed in me. By Kelly sharing her strengths, gifts, and passions she provided me peace of mind during a time of grief when I felt like I had nothing else in me. She gave me hope. Having the confidence in Kelly’s abilities as a professional allows me to write this review not even knowing the outcome of my case because it’s who Kelly is and that will not change. If you seek justice and need a warrior that fights your battle alongside you, rest assured you can sit back and experience peace knowing you are working alongside someone who really cares and has natural advocacy talent, it is completely rare and refreshing. I am primed to really, really dislike attorneys based on some personal experience. And, then, when backed into a corner, I had to retain and hire one. And, from the MOMENT I talked to and then met Kelly, it was clear that she is the hardest working person I’d met, and that she genuinely cares about t...he people she helps. And, she’s also INCREDIBLY talented at litigation, written work (briefs), and research. She’s as tenacious as she is caring. I felt so at ease with her fighting for me and my children. I couldn’t recommend her more!!!!

As I write this review, I find myself at as loss for words. Not only because how do you write a review when you don't want to repeat what everyone else has already said (Seven GLOWING reviews, and I am number eight.), and to find the words to express the gratitude that I have for Kelly and he hard wo...rk on my case. Based on my experience with previous attorney's I have had, Kelly truly is one of a kind. From a professional standpoint, Kelly performed above and beyond by doing the things that are important to clients, such as: Returning phone calls and emails in not only a timely fashion, but extremely quick, keeping me updated and informed about my case, being well prepared for my case, consulting with me on the course of action I would like to take, providing legal advice, setting realistic expectations, and making sure to approach the situation with amicably above everything and aggressive when necessary. What is more impressive than all of this though is Kelly's level of commitment, passion and empathy that she displayed throughout, providing advice that was not only solid legally, but in approaching the interaction with the other party. Other attorney's I've hired have shown interest levels based on finances and billing, while Kelly showed commitment to my case at all times. Again, I honestly could never fully put into words the level of satisfaction and gratitude that I have for Kelly's services. Not only did Kelly get ALL of my issues addressed, but the level of commitment, passion, empathy and just humanity that she brings to the table is a refreshing change of pace in a system full of attorney's that seem more concerned about billing. CANNOT recommend Kelly enough.
