Kelly Joy Heckel

As I write this review, I find myself at as loss for words. Not only because how do you write a review when you don't want to repeat what everyone else has already said (Seven GLOWING reviews, and I am number eight.), and to find the words to express the gratitude that I have for Kelly and he hard wo...rk on my case. Based on my experience with previous attorney's I have had, Kelly truly is one of a kind. From a professional standpoint, Kelly performed above and beyond by doing the things that are important to clients, such as: Returning phone calls and emails in not only a timely fashion, but extremely quick, keeping me updated and informed about my case, being well prepared for my case, consulting with me on the course of action I would like to take, providing legal advice, setting realistic expectations, and making sure to approach the situation with amicably above everything and aggressive when necessary. What is more impressive than all of this though is Kelly's level of commitment, passion and empathy that she displayed throughout, providing advice that was not only solid legally, but in approaching the interaction with the other party. Other attorney's I've hired have shown interest levels based on finances and billing, while Kelly showed commitment to my case at all times. Again, I honestly could never fully put into words the level of satisfaction and gratitude that I have for Kelly's services. Not only did Kelly get ALL of my issues addressed, but the level of commitment, passion, empathy and just humanity that she brings to the table is a refreshing change of pace in a system full of attorney's that seem more concerned about billing. CANNOT recommend Kelly enough.

I have had a few lawyers throughout my life, and I can confidently say that you will not find one like Kelly Heckel. When it Looked like the odds were greatly against me she did not hesitate for a second to take on my case and fight for everything I wanted. She got me 75% placement with my two boys. ...She fought for my children as if she was fighting for her own. Throughout the long and frustrating process she never once felt like my lawyer but like a friend. I can assure anyone they will not find a lawyer with such kindness, compassion, and helpfulness as Kelly. She went above and beyond her duties as a lawyer, I haven’t met one or heard of one that comes close to her. She will fight your case as if she was fighting her own and she will help and guide you every step of the way. Words cannot explain how great full I am for crossing paths with this wonderful person. My representation was two-fold, both excellent and above what I had hoped for. Kelly represented me in a child placement matter as well as a defense of contempt matter. In both cases, she was honest, up-front about what to expect, and what she knew. Kelly researched every matter until she knew a...ll she could possibly know and planned to counter the other party with every potential. She consulted when able, and was (by far) fair with the cost in relation to the stellar services she provided. It makes no difference, as her representation was a grand effort, but I was successful in both incidences.

Ms. Heckel's professionalism and class is bar none! If your looking for a knowledgeable lawyer who cares not only about your case but about you as a person, I don't think you could get anyone better. Ms. Heckel is the golden star in a sea of leeches who not only just want your money but could care l...ess about you personally. I revere Ms. Heckel and I am so fortunate to have had her representation in a case that of course had a great outcome because of all all of the above. Thank you Ms. Heckel for helping to change my mind about lawyers and restore my faith in the humanity of the profession.

When people make mistakes it's hard to find someone that is understanding to your situation and to be able to WANT to help you the very best that they able to. Kelly Heckel always kept me up to date on the case step by step and always explained things in ways that a non lawyer can understand such as ...myself. I couldn't have been luckier to have found her and have represent me! I was always treated very nice by her and at times couldn't even find the right words to explain how grateful I was for all that Kelly had done to help me with my case. I will always have good things to say about her and think that she deserves to be recognized for the GREAT job that she does. It wasn't dollar signs to Kelly it was another human being wanting to help another person . I made a terrible choice with terrible consequences and she was able to help make my case even better that what I thought was possible. I will never forget how great she is at her job and if someone needs a lawyer she would be the only name I would ever give out! I felt better when my case was done as any person would but the kindness continued. I couldn't have been luckier to get a flyer in my mail with her info on it at a time when I needed a lawyer.
