*I am DeLIGHTed to write this review* Att. Heckle was a referral from a mutual friend. My first impression was definitely that there was something unique about her. My litigations began abruptly and were regarding one of my children. These circumstances challenged me in new ways. Upon the full und...erstanding of what was ahead of me, I was left feeling a state of shock, I felt somewhat paralyzed. My first impression of Kelly was that she definitely had spunk. As the case evolved and I became weary she seemed to fight harder. I found myself feeling hopeful. She genuinely cares. The Honorable Judge will provide his final ruling in a couple weeks. Either way, the judge decides, I am confident that my counsel fought for me, gave it their all, and believed in me. By Kelly sharing her strengths, gifts, and passions she provided me peace of mind during a time of grief when I felt like I had nothing else in me. She gave me hope. Having the confidence in Kelly’s abilities as a professional allows me to write this review not even knowing the outcome of my case because it’s who Kelly is and that will not change. If you seek justice and need a warrior that fights your battle alongside you, rest assured you can sit back and experience peace knowing you are working alongside someone who really cares and has natural advocacy talent, it is completely rare and refreshing. My representation was two-fold, both excellent and above what I had hoped for. Kelly represented me in a child placement matter as well as a defense of contempt matter. In both cases, she was honest, up-front about what to expect, and what she knew. Kelly researched every matter until she knew a...ll she could possibly know and planned to counter the other party with every potential. She consulted when able, and was (by far) fair with the cost in relation to the stellar services she provided. It makes no difference, as her representation was a grand effort, but I was successful in both incidences.

Ms. Heckel's professionalism and class is bar none! If your looking for a knowledgeable lawyer who cares not only about your case but about you as a person, I don't think you could get anyone better. Ms. Heckel is the golden star in a sea of leeches who not only just want your money but could care l...ess about you personally. I revere Ms. Heckel and I am so fortunate to have had her representation in a case that of course had a great outcome because of all all of the above. When people make mistakes it's hard to find someone that is understanding to your situation and to be able to WANT to help you the very best that they able to. Kelly Heckel always kept me up to date on the case step by step and always explained things in ways that a non lawyer can understand such as ...myself. I couldn't have been luckier to have found her and have represent me! I was always treated very nice by her and at times couldn't even find the right words to explain how grateful I was for all that Kelly had done to help me with my case. I will always have good things to say about her and think that she deserves to be recognized for the GREAT job that she does. It wasn't dollar signs to Kelly it was another human being wanting to help another person . I made a terrible choice with terrible consequences and she was able to help make my case even better that what I thought was possible.
