Eric M. Hailstock

I phoned Mr. Hailstock, and told him I have tried twice to reach him. I asked if he could do a TRO. He says he does that type of law. I asked could he send an email due to the hacking on my accounts, computer, cell phones. He quickly said he was not interested now from this request and told me to ha...ve a good day!! I think that his treatment was rude and poor and was not a good response. Even if you change your mind don't treat people like trash. I think he has been in the lawyer business too long and would not recommend this lawyer he lacks empathy and communication skills and was very rude!

I was in court for one of my inital hearings. I was unable to secure a lawyer or able to get a public defender, so I was going to defend myself. My Judge, before I appeared asked if any of the lawyers present would represent me. Attorney Hailstock, not even knowing my case at all said he would d...efend me. I was really surprised and grateful. As my case went on, he made a super deal for me, one that I would never would of reached had I defended myself. Mr Hailstock is really knowledgable and saved my butt big time. If anyone is unsure of which lawyer to select, you would be very wise to retain him. If ever I need an attorney again, or if someone ever asks me if I know one, Mr Hailstock would be my one and only suggestion.
