Do not use this person. He only cares about himself and money. He doesn't do any work other than review the charging documents and "wings" it in court. After he has your money he doesn't respond to calls or emails. He seems to have quite the ego, still don't understand why. Court officials obviously ...

Replied last August 25, 2023It's true that not every case results in a Not Guilty, or in no jail or prison. Over the last 43 years of practice I've had my share of disappointed clients. Almost all of my clients are facing serious allegations in state or federal court - the stakes are high, and client expectations can't always be achieved. Having said that, I don't "wing" it in court or in my legal research, or in my review of discovery, or in investigating the facts and witnesses.
