I didn't think I could expect much out of a bad custody situation. Jody assured me that my expectations were realistic. She advocated for what was in my family's best interest and the outcome she fought for exceeded my initial expectations. Jody fluidly managed the stress and accusations th...at flew during negotiations and deal making. Throughout the process, it was difficult for me to believe that her predictions so early in the case would be right on the money, and yet they just were. This woman knows her way around the courtroom. She knows what she's doing and knows what to expect from all of the players. I chose Jody because I believe that you get what you pay for. I'd had two "free consultations" from other attorneys but I hadn't been able to pull the trigger. Paying for a consultation made me nervous, but in the end, it was absolutely worth it. This has been an expensive process, so it was a tough choice to go with the most expensive attorney on my short list. Her billing methods are fair and clear. I've got no regrets.
