I first hired Jody Usow back in 2010 for Family Court help. My child's mother was very difficult to work with and did everything she could to obstruct our progress even falsely accusing myself of child abuse and battery along the way. Eventually things came together. Today, the Therapist as well as my ex have remarked on the amazing change in the attitude & behavior of this child. Recently, we received the 1st report card after a complete quarter’s attendance at the new school. It showed all "Bs" and "Cs" which is a huge change from all the "F"s prior to the change in school & placement!! Between the improvement in school (& my child’s much happier attitude) and the improvement in the Child Support situation, I am so happy. It was very frustrating for my current wife & me to have virtually no control over the downward spiral this child was in. Our hands seemed to be tied. No matter how I tried to be positive about all the issues between us, the harder my ex fought or stonewalled me. Money was not the issue for me. I would have liked to see the amount I was paying decreased, but my priority was trying to give my kids the best opportunities I could afford. Between your advice & the manner in which you handled this case, I feel like I have won the biggest lottery ever! I just wanted to let you know how truly grateful I am to have had you represent me & my family. I felt like this was my last chance to positively change this child's current & future life.
