I have employed dozens of lawyers in my life--but never felt strongly enough to review one on AVVO. Cain assisted us with completing my wife's green card application, travel permit application and sponsorship paperwork. My wife and I hired Mr. Cain Oulahan for my K-1 fiance visa process and Green Card (with conditions). Cain was extremely professional and attentive to our needs and questions. I truly felt he cared about our success. I was successfully granted my K-1 visa, as well as my Green Card. I would not recomm...end going through the marriage-based Green Card process without legal representation because of the intricacy of the case, especially preparing the application documents. Cain helped us organize all our documents and made sure we had more than enough evidence to put forth in our interview. If you find yourself feeling insecure about the daunting immigration process ahead, I strongly recommend reaching out to Cain. We plan on hiring him in the future to remove the conditions on my Green Card.

There's nothing simple about applying for a green card for one's spouse, or applying for the lifting of restrictions after the two year probationary period expires. We couldn't have done it without Cain, and in terms of the lifting of restrictions, we even tried. Knowing what documents to gather, wha...t must be translated and how, how to package the application, etc. shouldn't be done without a good lawyer, in our opinion. We didn't end up in court, but if we had, I can't imagine not having a lawyer who'd been with us every step of the way. Our petition to lift restrictions was rejected after being in process for six months past the original green card expiration date. We went back to Cain, who quickly identified and made the necessary adjustments so we could appeal. Our appeal was approved within a month. Throughout all these processes, Cain kept us informed and, frankly, he also kept us from going insane.

I hired Mr. Cain Oulahan for the second time, after he helped me to resolve my revoked Legal Residency Status the first time, to help me become a U.S. Citizen the second time. I have to say that his help was top notch, he was on top of my case, and always communicated with me when needed.
