I feel it is my duty to be actively engaged in my community through pro bono service and volunteer work. I participate in the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic, providing free advice to low-income residents. I have served as the Chair of the Wisconsin Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and as President of the Wisconsin Hispanic Lawyers Association. I have given numerous presentations on immigration law and policy at non-profit organizations, schools, and churches. I have also appeared several times on the Telmundo Wisconsin television program Buscando Soluciones to talk about immigration issues. I really enjoy engaging with people and providing accurate information to the community.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, playing soccer, fishing, reading and watching movies.

Client BEWARE!
I hired Cain to help complete a simple I-751. The application he assembled and submitted was missing basic required material. When one hires an lawyer, money is exchanged for the lawyer's time and expertise. As I had neither, I hired Cain in order to prevent a request for evidence and the dreaded ...
I regret that the client had a negative experience with our firm. We have a reputation for successfully handling straight forward as well as very complex immigration cases, including I-751's. Our practice is to always submit required information and supporting documentation to the extent that it is available from the client.
"I have worked with Cain in cases involving mutual clients. Cain is extremely knowledgeable, and I highly recommend him. He provided information about the immigration situation that I was able to use to our client's advantage in case negotiations for a positive outcome."
"Attorney Oulahan is a knowledgeable, approachable, and valuable asset to the community. He is fully bilingual making it easy for both Spanish and English speakers to fully benefit from his expertise. I am glad to endorse him."
"I have known attorney Oulahan for several years and I have referred clients to him who need assistance in immigration matters. He is smart, very knowledgeable about immigration law, and is very hard working. I fully endorse him and I am pleased to have him as a resource in immigration matters."
