Paul got me thru a chapter 13 he had to fight numerous motion to dismiss claims against me in the 5 years I was in bankruptcy. I recommend you watch any doc's you receive in the mail about your case and follow up with the immediately.

I contacted Paul Strouse to complete my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in April of 2019 and I am still having problems because he and his staff did not file all the required documents. Paul only charged me $900 for bankruptcy from start to finish which included filing fees and court fees. He filed in July and my case closed in September. No hiccups, no holdups, nothing like that just straightforward. I would recommend him to anyone.
