Jason R. Oldenburg is a shareholder and attorney with The Previant Law Firm in Milwaukee. He graduated summa cum laude from Winona State University in 2001 and earned his law degree from Marquette University in 2004, graduating cum laude.

Mr. Oldenburg practices in the areas of worker's compensation, personal injury and social security disability. He maintains a statewide practice and exclusively represents injured individuals. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Association for Justice and Wisconsin Association of Worker's Compensation Attorneys (president-elect).  He is admitted to practice before the State of Wisconsin and the United States District Court for the Eastern District. He was named as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers from 2008 to 2012 and a Super Lawyer from 2013- 2014.  In 2014, he was also named as being in the Top 50 of attorneys in the State of Wisconsin according to Super Lawyers.  He was selected for “Leading Lawyers” in the areas of Workers Compensation and Personal Injury  from 2012 - 2014.  He is a frequent lecturer to labor unions throughout the State of Wisconsin on the topic of Worker's Compensation and Social Security Disability.  He has presented at continuing legal education seminars in the areas of personal injury and worker's compensation.
