Biography
Tom is a litigator with substantial jury, court and administrative trial experience covering a wide array of civil issues. He has also briefed and argued numerous cases in state and federal appellate courts, including the Wisconsin Supreme Court and Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, achieving successful results for his clients. Tom’s clients have included large companies with complex legal problems as well as individuals with common “everyday” legal concerns. Settlements and verdicts for his clients have topped six and seven figures on several occasions.
Tom practices in areas of commercial and personal injury litigation, employment, worker’s compensation, construction and insurance dispute litigation. He is also one of few attorneys in the state with admiralty law trial court and appellate experience.
