Attorney David Gruber founded Gruber Law Offices, LLC over 28 years ago and has been practicing law for over 30 years. David and Gruber Law Offices, LLC is dedicated to providing our clients with the very best possible representation if they have been injured in an accident.

David was born in New Jersey, the son of a police captain and a bookkeeper. He attended high school in Passaic, New Jersey. David went on to attend the University of Delaware, where he was co-captain of the men’s basketball team.

Upon graduating from the University of Delaware, David attended Marquette University Law School, graduating in 1983. At Marquette University Law School, David met his wife of almost 30 years, Nancy, who was born and raised in Milwaukee. David loved everything about Milwaukee and Wisconsin and decided to make it his home.

David has spent the last 34 years in Milwaukee and has become deeply entrenched in the city, as well as the State of Wisconsin. David firmly believes in giving back to the community in any way he can in order to make Milwaukee and Wisconsin a better place for our youth. He has become personally involved in many charitable organizations, including with Aaron Rodgers, the MACC Fund, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Operation Dream, and United Way of Greater Milwaukee. It is not at all unusual to see David around the city of Milwaukee such as at events that Gruber Law Offices helps to sponsor as well as many local charitable and sporting events.

David is deeply committed to his clients. His personal philosophy is helping others put their lives back together with as little chaos and disruption as possible. He works passionately for his clients.

David and Nancy have been married for almost 30 years. They have two children, Steven and Lauren.

Best attorney in Wisconsin

Our experiences with David have been amazing. They will always fight for you like no other. We've sent many of our family members to them simply because we know and trust that they will take care of them! Every time we have sent someone the results have been amazing. Hands down best lawyer in Milwaukee

I've worked with several law firms in Wisconsin throughout the years, and after choosing David and his team I couldn't be happier. They were phenomenal. Both of my car accident claims were handled by David quickly and they did all of the work while keeping me informed throughout the whole process. I would recommend them to anybody looking for an attorney because of their customer service and proven results. They are now the first and only team I call when I am in need of a lawyer.

Great Job!!

Shortly after my car accident I realized that I wasn't going to be able to handle dealing with the insurance companies and doctors on my own while giving my job 100%. So I made one call to Gruber and they took care of everything for me. They were great at keeping me in the loop with the progress of my case. Thank you David Gruber!

Only needed to make one call!

I was in an accident a couple years ago and called Gruber Law Offices because I didn't know what else to do. They handled everything from beginning to end. Their staff was very friendly and on top of things. I had a great experience with Gruber.

Highly Recommend!

I got myself into a really complicated bind. I won't go through the details. I thought it would take months if not years, to get everything straightened out. I have seen Mr. Gruber's commercials and thought to myself. "Geez, it would be nice if someone else would take care of this for me, but my situation would take way more hee-hawing around to get straighten out." One call is all it took Joe K.

Quick, easy to work with, and experienced.

The service was impeccable. I mean every call I ever made, they always kept me in touch, kept me informed. And things that I really wasn’t that familiar with, they made sure that I understood in layman’s terms…that means a lot, you know, that means that they really care about me as a person, not just a statistic.
