I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I was going through an extremely difficult and stressful financial time in my life, and I was unsure what my options were. I was not wanting to file a bankruptcy at this time, so I was unsure if there was anything, I could do to stop a creditor from garnishing my wages. I was provided helpful, cari...ng, professional advice and guidance. I was able to resolve my financial hardship without filing a bankruptcy. I would highly recommend Miller & Miller Law!

Goes the extra mile!

Attorney James Miller is understanding and knowledgeable. I was very nervous going in to the process, and concerned about my future credit if I filed a case. From start to finish, Attorney Miller had an answer for everything I was worried about. The process was organized and my case was filed quic...kly. When I called the office with questions, Attorney Miller was available to me but I was also able to things answered by Wendy, Frank, Tim - the staff definitely makes it a point to know what is going on with people's cases which made me feel very calm. I am past my first hearing and looking forward to the credit programs I can use when my case is done. I haven't felt this hopeful in a long time. If you are stuck in debt and don't know how to get out, you can trust Attorney Miller and his staff to show you the way!

When I came to Miller & Miller, I felt ashamed that I had to file a bankruptcy. But everyone at the firm made me feel comfortable. I would recommend Miller& Miller to anyone who is considering this tough decision.

Scam!!!

So unprofessional. Twelve plus para legals. No one knows where our case is at. Different numbers. This has been going on over a year. They don't call back. They don't send us information requested. They aren't our advocates. Never would recommend them to anyone. This has been a nightmare!

Wonderful Experience

From start to finish, Frank Patek, Jamie Miller, and Claudia, everyone was very caring and encouraging to me. I am very impressed with the process and my experience here. I was not made to feel ashamed or guilty. As a matter of fact, I feel the best I have ever felt over the last 3 years. I know that... financial stability can’t be achieved without first overcoming feelings of grief, shame, and fear. Frank and Jamie certainly made me feel a lot better about filing. I would recommend them to anyone who is having trouble deciding about bankruptcy because they feel horrible about it. Thank you Miller & Miller for a great experience that has made me feel much better about filing and about myself.
