I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I was going through an extremely difficult and stressful financial time in my life, and I was unsure what my options were. I was not wanting to file a bankruptcy at this time, so I was unsure if there was anything, I could do to stop a creditor from garnishing my wages. I was provided helpful, cari...ng, professional advice and guidance. I was able to resolve my financial hardship without filing a bankruptcy. I would highly recommend Miller & Miller Law!

When I came to Miller & Miller, I felt ashamed that I had to file a bankruptcy. But everyone at the firm made me feel comfortable. I would recommend Miller& Miller to anyone who is considering this tough decision.

Wonderful Experience

From start to finish, Frank Patek, Jamie Miller, and Claudia, everyone was very caring and encouraging to me. I am very impressed with the process and my experience here. I was not made to feel ashamed or guilty. As a matter of fact, I feel the best I have ever felt over the last 3 years. I know that... financial stability can’t be achieved without first overcoming feelings of grief, shame, and fear. Frank and Jamie certainly made me feel a lot better about filing. I would recommend them to anyone who is having trouble deciding about bankruptcy because they feel horrible about it. Thank you Miller & Miller for a great experience that has made me feel much better about filing and about myself.

Chapter 7

After doing some research on the attornies in my area, I consulted with a few before selecting Miller & Miller. They are professional yet friendly. I was always kept informed of documents and information needed. My options for getting my debts resolved were presented, and the pros and cons of each on...e carefully explained. I wasn't hurried or driven into any plan or option. I definitely appreciated their patience and compassion as my debts were due to medical bills.
