When pulled over I blew a 0.13 on site. When I was taken to the station they asked me to do another breath test. I stated I wanted a blood test because I didn't belive I was that high. They marked me as a "refusal" and I sat at the station in cuffs for 90min. Before the officer came out with a sea...rch warrant for my blood. I was very confused since I asked the cop for it 2 hours prior. Anyway the blood test came back at 0.06. The state could of brought in a expert to say I would of been over 0.08 at the point of driving, but Bill convinced them to drop it for a guilty plea to the refusal which was just a loss of licence. No fine and no jail time!!! Bill is what you would consider a Super Lawyer. Everyone in the court house knows and respects him. The DA knows they better have a dam good case to proceed to a jury trial with him.
