Buyer beware

Thomas Domer took my case from my attorney of many years. Never meeting him was my mistake. After a year I met him and he hurried me out of his office. My case was 28 years old at the time. Most of my case was conceded law. He was added or hired to work on retraining or a possible settlement. Duri...ng this time I had a second hip replacement on my injured hip and received TTD which was conceded many years earlier. domer took 20% of that weekly conceded money without ever saying he was. $8000 low hanging never earned dollars. After I questioned him he quit my case. I dared to question the guy that wrote the book on WC. I believe most of this office is ok. Thomas Domer is a thug lawyer and owes me $8K. IF your thinking of hiring him, meet him first and probe with questions. He cannot help from portraying his arrogance. The end of my story is much better. Hired a new attorney I did some checking on before. Won a 6 figure settlement. Domer failed. Only looks for easy cases.

They truly work as a team.

I suffered a debilitating back injury while working on a construction type job. My brother (an attorney) recommended Tom Domer. I contacted Domer Law as soon as possible after my accident and met with Tom. I was so glad that I did so immediately. A back injury can be a long healing and legal process.... I can't emphasize enough how important it is to have someone to watch your back. My employers Insurance carrier scheduled a meeting to take and record a statement regarding the accident. The interrogator asked me two questions: 1) If I had an attorney and 2) who was my attorney. When I told them my attorney was Tom Domer, I was told they were terminating the interview at this time. They knew Tom. I chose my doctors and I had no issues with comp. payments and was never hassled by the insurance carrier or case nurse. During this ongoing process I had the opportunity to work with most of the staff. Sam, Charlie, Tom, and the entire support staff are all professional, courteous, respectful, and work at the highest level of integrity. I am proud to be represented by Domer Law. They truly work as a team. My injury is complex and litigation ongoing. Working construction, I have seen many work injuries . I have heard just as many horror stories from coworkers and friends about employers and insurance companies. I always recommend they get an attorney. Often I hear, "Well, then I have to pay the attorney." Their fee is worth the saved aggravation, and I can tell you that you will net better compensation in the long run. I know firsthand the insurance company will chew you up and spit you out. "A person who represents himself has a fool for a client." AMEN

Best disability attorney in south east Wisconsin!

Domer law worked with me on my partial disability/retraining case for the past 2 years. I primarily dealt with Sam and Thomas, both of whom were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. My phone calls and questions were always answered, and they took the time to explain (sometimes multiple times) t...he process and the next step I had to take to continue my case going forward. I feel like they did not over sell, just laid the facts out as they were. In the end, my lawsuit was successful. I would highly recommend Domer law to anyone with a disability case.
