I was very pleased with Tom's work! Although I started the divorce process on my own, I realized that I was in over my head after my ex hired a prominent Milwaukee attorney. I was told by several local attorneys that despite having filed the initial motion and having my ex served, that I would still ...be required to pay the full retainer. Tom was the only attorney who voluntarily reduced my retainer in recognition of the work that I had already done. I appreciate his honesty! Tom is also very competent. Without his representation, I may have very likely been forced to pay an onerous amount of alimony. I also appreciate his skill in negotiating an equitable settlement with the opposing attorney. In addition to Tom's legal skills, I appreciated his casual demeanor during our meetings and his focused and through representation in court.

I had to take my child's father back to Court for child support. A lot of people said don't bother with hiring an Attorney and that it was an easy process I could do pro-se. I am grateful that I trusted my instinct and hired Attorney Kurzynski. I would have not got the increase in child support I was... entitled to had I gone alone. Attorney Kurzynski was highly knowledgeable and knew exactly what to ask the Court Commissioner when my child's father tried to lie about his income. My child's father went in without an Attorney and I got more than I was expecting to get for an increase all because Attorney Kurzynski knew how to prove his taxable income was much higher than he was claiming. I would use him again in the future.

I cant say enough about what hes done for me an my family, but when he took my case he was the best to have in my cornner fighting for me. By far the best straight to the point lawyer will use him for any legal matter I come across until he retires. He handled my family court issues along with a theft case I was wrongly accussed of.
