Amazing

I will never feel like I can adequately express how grateful I am to Attorney Trower and his team. We were so scared and naive and would not have been able to do this on our own. There’s so much intensity and stress following an accident but it took so much pressure away to have Keith involved and ex...plaining each step of the process. He gave a realistic portrayal of each factor and delivered above and beyond on each promise. He offered comforting words and advice while I bothered him with the million questions I had. I never imagined myself in this type of situation but we are so fortunate that we had him fighting for us. He changed our lives.

Very poor, very long, very disappointing experience.

Keith was actually the second lawyer we used for our personal injury case from a car accident. The first lawyer was equally poor, and left Keith with essentially a blank slate to start from. Keith was extremely frustrating to work with. His communication with us was truly terrible. I frequently nee...ded to follow-up with multiple emails/phone calls in order to hear anything back from him. Normal response time for an email averaged out to at least a 5 day lag, just to hear anything. To make matters worse, he consistently made my wife and I feel that our case mattered very little, regularly forgetting details of our case, not knowing what the current status was, etc. This was true even to the point of making my wife cry during a phone conversation where he had the audacity to explain to my wife that the injuries she suffered (scars on her face!) from our car accident "really weren't that bad" and she shouldn't feel sorry for herself. He made her feel so terribly that she refused to speak to him for the rest of our case. In addition, our case was drawn out to 3 weeks short of the 3 year mark after our accident. I honestly couldn't believe it took that long. So much frustration, confusion, and emotional garbage over those 3 years, all to get a final settlement where my wife's "pain and suffering" money was essentially the same amount that Keith took for himself. I truly believe that we could have gotten a check of nearly the same amount by simply settling with the insurance company a few weeks after the accident. My wife and I are well to do professionals in healthcare and IT and were extremely cooperative and communicative with Keith throughout the process. We trusted Keith to help us through this legal case because of our ignorance of the process, legal proceedings, etc. We are extremely disappointed with Keith and his unprofessional level of service to us. Unless our experience is for some reason unique to only us, please consider a different lawyer to handle your case. If you sustained an injury from a car accident that wasn't your fault, as we did, you deserve someone who cares about you and will act in a professional manner handling you and your case.

Very Pleased

Having to hire a lawyer was not on my bucket list...but 3 years ago, I was in an unfortunate accident. That same year, another accident. Our case is complicated. Keith has done a Great job. He's given us more hope than our previous lawyers. He has been professional & personable. We are looking fo...rward to seeing the end of this unfortunate situation.

Professional and Caring

Mr. Trower helped my family get through a very stressful event in our life. When we contacted Keith regarding my wifes car accident, he offered to come to our home to get more information. Keith showed great attention to detail, consistent follow up and clear communication throughout the process whic...h lasted several months. I'm sure Keith could have resolved it sooner had it not been for the insurance companies dragging their feet. I would recommend Mr. Trower due to his knowledge of the process and attentiveness to the needs of our family.
