I was referred to Dan by a local business owner who has been using Dan for a while. As a landlord, I couldn't be happier with choosing Dan to sue my tenant for damages. Wisconsin tends to be very hard on landlords and soft on tenants - but working with Dan was the best thing that came out of the whole situation (besides getting my money!) He's easy to work with, extremely responsive, and importantly makes it very very easy to understand WI state laws. Too many attorneys speak a language that's confusing while they keep tallying up the bill. Not once did I feel this way when working with Dan - if anything he I felt like he was treating my time & money the way he would his own. I'll definitely use him in the future and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone facing rental issues in Milwaukee.
