Recently, Craig Mastantuono and Rebecca Coffee provided outstanding guidance and advice during one of the most trying times in my life. They spotted every attempt that the prosecutor tried to use to put us in a bad position, and responded swiftly and effectively to negate any false testimony. Additionally, Craig provided support and guidance, which was extremely helpful to us as we were fighting for our literal lives and Craig helped us to stay focused and at ease as he tightly held the entire process in his skillful hands. I would like to thank The Law Offices of Mastantuono & Coffee, and Craig himself, for their help in defending me in my second felony domestic violence/abuse case in Waukesha County. I met with Craig personally, and he took my case even though I had already made several critical mistakes, which put h...im fighting an uphill battle against the prosecution which had already secured the moral, tactical, and legal high ground. I had not sought counsel for my 1st case (1st mistake), and I had also talked to the police and waited until the district attorney filed charges before seeking representation at the start of 2nd case (2nd and 3rd mistakes). Long story short, Craig was able to guide me to the right people to help me with my situation outside the legal situation, handle the legal stuff professionally in the background, while keeping me informed with accurate, but honest, assessments of where we stood at any given time during the process. When all was said and done, I had found a great support system through the recommendations of Craig, which I still unitize, and he, to use lawyer speak, beat the DA's felony charges and recommendations for jail time. So while I still have to be careful in the future, as I have used up all my slack with the state, I have no doubt my future will be fine, thanks to all Craig's efforts and the support system he lead me to. He was a blessing more than he knows, and more than I will ever understand. So, again, I say thank you, and highly recommend Craig and his associates, especially to those who are as naïve about the system as I was, and finding themselves facing an arrest for a crime. Just be sure to contact him BEFORE they file charges and before you say ANYTHING the police, so he can begin fighting on more level ground than he had to with my situation.
