He appeared in the jail the next day and told me exactly what to expect and how I should best prepare myself to get through the difficult time. He got me out of jail without having to pay any sort of bond/bail. We had a few different court dates and Craig was able to get a Deferred Prosecution Agreement in place, which was to bring my felony charge down to a misdemeanor charge at the worst with the possibility of it getting expunged altogether. The agreement was to ultimately complete non-for-profit service hours, do not get in trouble, and wait 6 months.
