Jennifer Jean Tate

I am a trial lawyer—spending my career shaping and developing trial my trials in the criminal and civil arena. I am a former prosecutor, so I know how the system works from the inside, which gives my client’s a distinct advantage. Having previously worked as an Assistant District Attorney and an Assistant City Attorney in Milwaukee, I know the criminal justice system, the courts, and the police, allowing me to quickly identify the issues any case.

My reputation for ethical, aggressive, and zealous representation has earned the trust of the courts and opposing counsel. This reputation provides the necessary leverage for me to achieve favorable outcomes, under any circumstance.

I hold degrees in Communication Studies and Psychology from Marquette University and graduated from the Saint Louis University School of Law in 2012. I am licensed to practice in both the State of Wisconsin and Missouri.
