I cannot express in words the immense gratitude I have for what Sarvan was able to accomplish for me. This was my first OWI charge and, as someone that hadn’t even gotten a speeding ticket in their life, one of the most stressful/scariest moments of my life. I was arrested for a OWI-3rd in Wisconsin and am an out of state resident. I was also facing charges of Driving While Revoked and Driving Left of Center. I was looking at 45 days to a year in county jail along with losing my license for a minimum of 5 years in my home state. I talked to a few Wiscons...in attorneys, and they all told me there wasn't much point in fighting my charges. So I did a lot of research on the best OWI attorneys in Wisconsin and Melowski and Associates kept showing up. I was looking at 5 days to 6 months in county jail along with the revocation of my license. The prosecuting attorney offered 45 days in county jail and a 16-month revocation of my license. Sarvan kept fighting for me. He was able to get the jail time changed to home monitoring (house arrest) with work release.
