I hired Mr. Singh for a complicated OWI 1st case. Mr. Singh took my case and handled it very professionally. He was very easy to get in contact with. He was very open to hearing my concerns and thoughts on the process. Mr. Singh was always on top of my case and was always monitoring the situation. I ...never had to check in with him about my case because he was always keeping my updated with the whole process. Overall, I believe that my case would have been resolved in a much different manner if i hired a different lawyer. I cannot express in words the immense gratitude I have for what Sarvan was able to accomplish for me. Attorney Singh is amazing! Sarvan (as I refer to him... he quickly made me comfortable by putting me on a first name basis) is realistic, yet hopeful, optimistic, smart and strategic. He knows the laws and uses them to the benefit of his clients. He is fair, honest and patient. He may not be the chea...pest attorney but he's worth every penny! Some things are supposed to cost a little extra and a good attorney is one of those things. Sarvan kept me in the loop every step of the way... and there were many. My case took about 4-5 years but he got it dismissed and he gave me 100% the whole way through. That shows patience and, more importantly, dedication. Everyone can't get the results they want but you should definitely give yourself the best chance you can and hire an attorney like Sarvan. Before I hired Sarvan for my case, I searched the internet for the best out of the best attorneys to fight my DUI case as there was only a slight chance to win the case. First, I had to sit down with a couple of the top attorneys to discuss my case and get a sense of how to assess the best lawyer for... my case. I had been informed that my case would most likely go to trial. It was a no brainer to choose Sarvan as he was very straight forward, knowledgeable, and a well spoken gentleman, which is exactly what you want in trial. The trial date had come and it was like expected, Sarvan did a great job and won the case, even though the district attorney was one of the toughest. Sarvan helped me out a great deal. Last April I found myself charged with a 5th offense OWI, a felony with some hefty penalties like potential prison and a rather large fine. I hired Sarvan because the law firm he is with deals only with OWI cases and I needed the best. He was able to collaterally... attack my previous OWI convictions that happened over a decade ago and got my 5th offense dropped down to a first offense. He was very helpful and knowledgeable through-out the process and in dealing with the DMV/DOT, and even the assessment facility afterwards. If you find yourself in a sticky situation, I recommend hiring him. The fee might be somewhat steep, but worth every penny.
