I rented an apartment from a person who has several buildings and properties. He is known for "screwing" tenants. Works outside his area of expertise as if he knows what he is doing
Does what he wants & not what he was hired to do. Runs up the bills doing other things & doesn't get to your matter. Negotiates behind your back with other parties. Doesn't show up when appointment is made before court.

No customer service
Doesn't return your phone calls! He was missing medical bills doesn't go after future medical expenses he almost cost me $100k and he drags his feet on your case what took him 8mo new lawyer did in 60 days
