I rented an apartment from a person who has several buildings and properties. He is known for "screwing" tenants. He did not return my deposit in the time frame required by the Wisconsin code nor did he return the full deposit. Jeff Ek handled my case, communicated to me promptly and thoroughly. Best... of all, I received 2x my security deposit, the full amount of rent refund and I paid $0.
