Amazing!

This lawyer went above and beyond and was beyond kind during this hard time. He took hours to review the case and offered extremely important advice. He is thorough and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend Lawyer McClure!

Honest, Fair, and Affordable Legal Representation!

Attorney Thomas McClure did an excellent job, for a fair price, getting all charges dismissed against our son. Tom worked diligently and skillfully for over a year until every false and vicious accusation against our son was debunked and thrown out of TRO court, the school investigation, and fina...lly criminal court. As a kind, professional, effective advocate for his client, we wholeheartedly recommend Attorney McClure as the right choice for anyone who seriously needs a great lawyer. God bless!

He's a FRAUD.

He talks a great game during consultation about an approach/plan on your situation to instill full confidence in his abilities. I spent $5000 on Tom to represent me on a criminal case in Racine County and to say the least he's a complete fraud. He did absolutely nothing in the case and has no sway ...with the DA. He lacks knowledge on law as a whole and his communication is nonexistent. When you do speak with him, he's very sarcastic and thinks he knows it all. There were many times when he was late to appearances and when it was time to schedule the next one, he would push it out as far as possible. I sat in jail for 16 months and he did nothing to try and get my bail lowered despite my many requests to try and do so. All in all I would NOT recommend his services if you are looking for any legal representation.

Hire at your own risk. There are better.

Do not hire. I made the mistake of hiring him. During consultation he laid out of a positive game plan, for the first few months of my case it was all seemingly positive. Didn't take long for him to be late to pretty much every court date. At the end of every appearance he booked out as fast as p...ossible like he wanted to avoid conversation, wouldn't actually stop to talk. One of my last appearances, he was late, showed up with another client, went straight into court, walked right past me, and when they called me he said I wasnt there.....even though I was sitting there and had been sitting there for 15-20 minutes. Everyone in the court room was staring at me when that happened. Even the judge was looking at me like "is this guy for real?". At the last of my court dates he had a completely different demeanor to everything. It was like he had better things to do than represent someone who paid for his services. Doesn't take card, check, etc. Had to pay with cash. Dude is fishy and you should definitely CCAP his history. Had a conversation with another client the one court date, asking how they felt about him and how he was handling their case. They were extremely displeased.

Would not hire

Thomas is currently representing a family member of mine and I would not recommend to hire him as a criminal defense attorney. It has been about a year since he was hired and nothing but pushed back court dates. He has only been to visit 1x within the year he was hired. Whenever you call he has no ne...w information and tells nothing but lies! Attitude is also terrible! Thomas communication is horrible and he definitely screens his calls. Just would not recommend!

"I endorse this lawyer. Thomas McClure is a very capable and skilled attorney. I knew Tom before I myself went to law school. I have known of Tom's professional work and results for over three decades, often recommending him to clients needing help in personal injury, criminal, contracts, litigation of all sorts, including traffic matters. When I came out of law school 10 years ago, as a second career graduate, I found Tom more than willing to act as a career mentor. His range of knowledge and procedure is epic and always growing. He is always personable and professional with others. I am aware of the respect and admiration judges and other attorneys have for Tom's expertise and his always "give more than you have to" work ethic for his clients, the high level of client service and his consistently excellent results in court. He is the high caliber of attorney that clients and colleagues in the legal profession respect and admire. I would recommend him to anyone."

"I have known Tom for over 30 years. First, as a prosecutor in the District Attorney's office, and the for last many years as a fellow practicing attorney in private practice. Over the years Tom and I have participated in representing clients who were involved in the same matter. These cases were long, difficult, and complex, and required a great deal of skill and judgment. I can say without hesitation in each of those instances his clients were very pleased with the work that he did for them. Tom is a very knowledgeable and skilled lawyer, whose negotiating skills, I believe, are second to none. To every person who is looking for a highly skilled lawyer, who will work hard for them and always give it his all, I can recommend Tom McClure without reservation."
