Attorney McClure has a general practice serving individuals, families, and small businesses. Early in his career Attorney McClure gained valuable experience at the Milwaukee City Attorney’s office, Milwaukee County District Attorney’s office, then in private practice with an “A” rated Milwaukee litigation firm. Attorney McClure then developed a general practice in the metro Milwaukee area over the next decade which became known as McClure Law Offices. His practice has been located in Delafield, Wisconsin since 1997.

A trial attorney by training, with numerous civil and criminal jury trials in his career, Attorney McClure brings a wealth of experience to his clients at the local, state and national levels in civil, criminal, administrative and appellate law. Attorney McClure, a Chicago, Illinois native, received his B.A. degree in Humanities, Cum Laude, from St. Norbert College in 1977 and his Juris Doctor law degree from Marquette University Law School in 1980. He also served on the City of Delafield Planning Commission, Fire and Police Commission and as a Common Council alderman and president during 1988-1990.

The Right Lawyer for the job!

After my brother-In_law sat in MCJ for 18 months going through one incompetent PD after another I retained Mr. McClure. In just a few short months he was able to obtain a complete dismissal of all charges. All for a very reasonable fee. Something that four PD's were not able to do and countless private attorney's were not willing to do without charging an arm and a leg.

Outstanding Attorney

He won every Case

Mr. McClure is a phenomenal lawyer. 2011 I hired him because my son was unlawfully expelled from HS. He successfully and quickly win this case. 2015 my son was faced with a OWI, I am proud and honored to say Mr. McClure along with his unique abilities successfully won this case without going to trial. Having the confidence that I have in his Work, I encouraged my brother to hire him for a OWI in Minnesota, in which I am proud to say again, he successfully and quickly came out successful and put my brother mind to ease. I must add this was a difficult and complicated case. Mr. McClure approach to his cases are highly unique and I appreciate what he has done for my family. He is the Best in these parts and I recommend him to eveyone who may be in need of representation.

Tom McClure is a Great Attorney

I retained Attorney Tom McClure to represent my nephew in a dispute with an educational institution. Things had escalated very quickly and we were pleased with Tom's immediate attention to the situation. He dropped everything to meet with my nephew, review the facts, and establish a case defending my nephew. Trustworthy & Effective

Attorney McClure represented our son when he was facing losing his license due to multiple traffic violations. He was successful in helping our son to not only keep his license, but in reducing some of the charges and points against him. His attitude of concern and wise counsel had an impact in our son's life. He is efficient and a very effective communicator. Most importantly, he is honest and a man of integrity. Best Choice I Could Have Made

Very Impressed!

My son was struck by an inattentive driver while coming home from work. I asked around and a couple that I trusted recommended Attorney McClure. They thought very highly of him. I now see why! The first time I met him, I was immediately put at ease. I could see that he was very knowledgeable, and experienced in personal injury cases. From beginning to end, Tom was always looking out for our best interests. He kept us well informed of any matters and processes that would concern our case. He was very fast to return calls. Fantastic attorney

Thomas McClure has been our family attorney for over ten years. He has done a fantastic job on every case we have hired him on. Tom McClure has been my attorney for a solid decade now. Best possible outcome

I hired this attorney after an incident occurred in a state I do not live in so i was relying on online services to find an attorney. Tom was very friendly and knowledgable he responded to all questions and concerns thoroughly and quickly. And in the end he got me the best possible outcome from a bad situation. An excellent lawyer

Attorney McClure helped a friend of mine get very serious criminal charges dismissed. I then hired him. He was there for me every step of the way. He listened and gave me hope. He did a great job for me, quickly and at a good price. Unlike other lawyers where you walk into their office and feel like just a number in a sea of clients; Attorney McClure treated me with respect and dignity and at the end of my case got a GREAT result for me!
