He talks a great game during consultation about an approach/plan on your situation to instill full confidence in his abilities. I spent $5000 on Tom to represent me on a criminal case in Racine County and to say the least he's a complete fraud. He did absolutely nothing in the case and has no sway ...with the DA. He lacks knowledge on law as a whole and his communication is nonexistent. When you do speak with him, he's very sarcastic and thinks he knows it all. There were many times when he was late to appearances and when it was time to schedule the next one, he would push it out as far as possible. I sat in jail for 16 months and he did nothing to try and get my bail lowered despite my many requests to try and do so. All in all I would NOT recommend his services if you are looking for any legal representation.

Thomas is currently representing a family member of mine and I would not recommend to hire him as a criminal defense attorney. It has been about a year since he was hired and nothing but pushed back court dates. He has only been to visit 1x within the year he was hired. Whenever you call he has no ne...w information and tells nothing but lies! Attitude is also terrible! Thomas communication is horrible and he definitely screens his calls. Just would not recommend!

I hired Thomas McClure in March of 2021 on a extensive criminal case. He has a very good way of talking to persuade you to believe that he is able to help in a criminal case. He appeared in court via zoom for the first 3 court dates. The judge started to get a little ticked off at him due to his lack... of appearance in court. The 4th hearing I went to court being made aware Mr. McClure has not updated his license the state of Wisconsin and at this time he was unable to represent me. It took him 2 months to be within good standing with the state board to practice law again. He ensured me that he was the right fit for my case and could help. I would make multiple requests that he come and see me in jail due to the lack of communication and appearance in court. This became a huge issue as his client and to the judge. It made me look terrible in court that he lost his license and never once showed up to court in the last 2 years. Being his client, I had many questions regarding my criminal case that he could not answer. He would always re direct my questions with (I will have to ask my legal team and get back to you). He would never get back to me. I would have to have my wife call him 2-3 times a week to try to mediate my questions to receive answers. The judge finally ordered Mr. McClure appear in court at our next hearing due to his lack of attendance. I paid in full for Mr. McClure to represent me and give me proper counsel. He is a complete fraud and took my money. Never appeared in court and came to visit me 2 times , out of over 15 request to see me in 2 years. I am very disappointed , I spent a ton of money and ended up firing him last month (October 2022). He has no experience in criminal law. Mr. McClure has no knowledge of criminal cases or fighting for a client on a criminal case. He has showed a terrible pattern of giving excuses not only to me as his client, but to the judges as well. Unfortunately I am now left with no counsel and I am out of all of my money I paid him to provide me with proper counsel. I would recommend no one to hire Mr. McClure for any criminal case unless you want to be left with no counsel at all. He has made a complete joke of me and disrespected the judge on my case so bad that I had no choice but to fire him. When you hire a attorney, you are putting your faith and trust in them to represent you to the best of there ability. Mr. McClure has shown complete disregard for the judges and for me as his client. I was not going to write a review but I hope me telling my story will help someone to not be put in the same position that I have been put in being left with no counsel and out all of my money!!
