About me

My legal practice is focused on representing employees.  I handle cases involving sexual harassment, retaliation, discrimination, employment contracts, non-compete agreements, unemployment benefits, wrongful discharge, whistleblowers, overtime claims and severance negotiation.

The law does not exist in a vacuum.  I provide real-world legal advice and counseling.  My goal is to accomplish my client's goals through both litigation and negotiation.  During the course of my career I have prided myself on taking the more difficult cases which require a creative legal mind.  I believe that no company is too big and no case is too small.

I used to work with attorney Doug Carroll, and found him to be smart, creative, conscientious and pleasant to work with. He is an experienced litigator who is very knowledgeable about employment and consumer law, and I'd recommend him to clients seeking assistance with such issues.
