He's a Law Ninja

After I was charged with committing a serious misdemeanor I found myself in Nate's office. I was struggling with serious mental illness and wasn't getting treated as I should have. My mental illness going untreated is what led to me being charged with a crime. Nate spoke with me in a way that allo...wed me to not have a panic attack and being I had never committed a crime prior he let me know that the process that I was facing I would not have to face it alone. He spent time going over my case and what the prosecution had sent over to him in discovery. He kept in constant communication with me through the whole process. Though what made Nate stand out from most attorneys to me is he cared. He didn't just focus on putting a bandage on the my current problem. He advocated to get me accepted into the Scott County Mental Health Court Program. By doing that he was able to get a whole team of people to help me with recovering from mental illness. He also worked out a plea agreement where when I completed the Program that the case would be dismissed and then exspunged from my record. The program that he got me into can only have a max of 15 participants and they have thousands of people every year that apply to get into it majority get denied from getting into it. So if you want to have a attorney that practices the law as a Law Ninja and will fight for you every step of the way Nate is a incredible attorney/ advocate! One advantage to having Nate is he has experience as a attorney and he knows what he can do and can't with the law. He has great relationships with the prosecution and judge's where he knows the correct way to present your case to them to get you the best end result and to be set up for long term success. If Nate had not taken my case legally I may had the same end result though where he made a difference was he focused on what I needed long term for my health. If he didn't truly care and know the different resources to help me there is a very good chance that my mental illness going untreated would had killed me. Rather Nate knows it or not he played a part in saving my life! Thank you Nate for being there when I needed the help!
