Dana Ann Judas

Literally. Dana was amazing. She has represented me for about four years now and I wouldn't even dream of hiring another lawyer. Before our first trial I did mediation on my own and it was rough. I asked her to attend mediation (part 2) and she advocated for me relentlessly, but also told what was re...asonable and feasible without me needing to ask. When we went to trial Dana was ferocious on my behalf. We won. When we went to our contempt hearing Dana knew what line of questioning was best and was absolutely open and clear about our strategy. We won. We went to appeals court and Dana worked tirelessly on my case. She went before the appeals court for me. We won. We've done other court proceedings and we won every time. Dana knows what she's doing and how to do it. Most importantly, Dana knows how to communicate to clients and put things in a way anyone can understand. My divorce is over and done with, but I'll be going back to court forever, probably. I trust Dana with the entire legal aspect of custody with my kids, and I always will. I'll never trust anyone else and I honestly recommend Dana to anyone else going through divorce, as in I actively recommend her to all my friends and acquaintances when I hear they're going through divorce. Dana is an amazing friend and an even better lawyer. I would literally take a bullet for Dana.

Dana is the first lawyer I've ever hired, so my experience is admittedly limited. Obviously I didn't expect to get divorced when I first got married. Who does? Dana was great about answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns throughout the entire process. She never made me feel as if my ...concerns were invalid or irrational, and she never gave me reason to doubt that everything she was doing was in my best interests as her client. There were no hidden fees or wastes of money with her.....she did her job for the agreed upon (and reasonable) price, which I GREATLY appreciate. She changed firms in the middle of handling my case, and I am very happy with my decision to stick with her when she did!

Dana completely put me at ease while dealing with my divorce. She took the time to understand the background of my situation, and was very thorough in explaining every possible avenue of action. She managed to be completely objective while also voicing what she felt was best for me and my children. S...he did not sugar coat anything, but was also great about presenting information to me in a way that wouldn't overwhelm me or stress me out. She got to know my strong & weak suits quite well! Dana went above and beyond the job that I hired her for; helping to gather resources and information to assist in my search for new homes, and legitimately taking personal interest in the outcome of my situation. I hope that I won't have the need for an attorney again in the future, but if I ever do I would absolutely hire Dana again!
