I highly recommend the services of Attorney Dana Judas, a compassionate, discreet, sensitive person who knows how to hear when you are sad and frustrated, she is realistic and very professional. She is one of those types of people who make you feel comfortable. My divorce case should have been reso...lved in 90 days and it had been going on for more than 8 months, I was already desperate. She helped solve it almost immediately. The calls and mediations of the Court were over for me, because she was in charge of everything. I previously contacted two or three of these On-Line Agencies that promise you that if you pay them they will help you right away (liars-liars); that was a waste of time, you end up paying a lot of money because they take monthly amounts from your credit card and they print the forms for you (so that you fill them out and return to them and you don't even understand what you're doing and the process can take you many months, without having someone truly responsible). Please read the reviews of those websites, it helps a lot to avoid getting scammed. Later I wanted to handle the case by myself, but when you have minor children, that becomes difficult and complicated. A real stress for me and my ex-husband too. The only thing I regret is not having hired Attorney Dana Judas before. She was accessible to my emails, calls all the time and she solved everything, better than expected. The prices are quite accessible. It was enough for us to meet only once, we talked about the case and she told me what would happen next and that's what happened. My first language is Spanish and I thought the communication was going to be complicated, but she made everything so simple for me. I am very thankful! It was the company where I work that put me in contact with her, through excellent services called PAS (Personal Assistance Services), which I didn't even know I had as part of my benefits. That also helped make my payment cheaper. If you are about to start a divorce process or you are in the middle of a difficult one, you should hire the services of this amazing woman, you will not regret it. Acquaintances with whom I have mentioned my situation, have told me that I have been very blessed with her. A divorce is not easy for anyone, regardless of the circumstances. I and my ex husband had everything decided and settled and basically did all the work for Dana, and all she had to do was file the dissolution. She screwed that up. Twice in fact. We would have been better off filing ourselves and saving the money we spent on her. There are better more qualified att...orneys on the area. Find one of them.

Dana is the first lawyer I've ever hired, so my experience is admittedly limited. Obviously I didn't expect to get divorced when I first got married. Who does? Dana was great about answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns throughout the entire process. She never made me feel as if my ...concerns were invalid or irrational, and she never gave me reason to doubt that everything she was doing was in my best interests as her client. There were no hidden fees or wastes of money with her.....she did her job for the agreed upon (and reasonable) price, which I GREATLY appreciate. She changed firms in the middle of handling my case, and I am very happy with my decision to stick with her when she did!

We had very little time and resources and my ex had a ton of both. She kept us focused on what I considered the most important (the safety of my kids). Not only did she do great work, she was efficient and made it work with the budget we had. She respected the law, the judge, the witnesses, my kids... and me. It was not an easy case and she got innovative without compromising the integrity of the case. Not everyone can say that about their attorneys.
