I highly recommend the services of Attorney Dana Judas, a compassionate, discreet, sensitive person who knows how to hear when you are sad and frustrated, she is realistic and very professional. She is one of those types of people who make you feel comfortable. My divorce case should have been reso...lved in 90 days and it had been going on for more than 8 months, I was already desperate. She helped solve it almost immediately. The calls and mediations of the Court were over for me, because she was in charge of everything. I previously contacted two or three of these On-Line Agencies that promise you that if you pay them they will help you right away (liars-liars); that was a waste of time, you end up paying a lot of money because they take monthly amounts from your credit card and they print the forms for you (so that you fill them out and return to them and you don't even understand what you're doing and the process can take you many months, without having someone truly responsible). Please read the reviews of those websites, it helps a lot to avoid getting scammed. Later I wanted to handle the case by myself, but when you have minor children, that becomes difficult and complicated. A real stress for me and my ex-husband too. The only thing I regret is not having hired Attorney Dana Judas before. She was accessible to my emails, calls all the time and she solved everything, better than expected. The prices are quite accessible. It was enough for us to meet only once, we talked about the case and she told me what would happen next and that's what happened. My first language is Spanish and I thought the communication was going to be complicated, but she made everything so simple for me. I am very thankful! It was the company where I work that put me in contact with her, through excellent services called PAS (Personal Assistance Services), which I didn't even know I had as part of my benefits. That also helped make my payment cheaper. If you are about to start a divorce process or you are in the middle of a difficult one, you should hire the services of this amazing woman, you will not regret it. Acquaintances with whom I have mentioned my situation, have told me that I have been very blessed with her. A divorce is not easy for anyone, regardless of the circumstances. Dana took over my divorce case about 1/2 way through the process. I didn't feel like a priority to my first lawyer and I'm SO GLAD I made the switch to Dana. She hit the ground running with my divorce. She is very knowledgeable and personable. She answered all my questions and kept the ball rolling. ...She won my case and did it ethically and with my kids' best interest at heart. She helped me stand up to my abusive ex and helped me win sole custody. I am so grateful I had her and her team in my corner.

Dana completely put me at ease while dealing with my divorce. She took the time to understand the background of my situation, and was very thorough in explaining every possible avenue of action. She managed to be completely objective while also voicing what she felt was best for me and my children. S...he did not sugar coat anything, but was also great about presenting information to me in a way that wouldn't overwhelm me or stress me out. She got to know my strong & weak suits quite well! Dana went above and beyond the job that I hired her for; helping to gather resources and information to assist in my search for new homes, and legitimately taking personal interest in the outcome of my situation. I hope that I won't have the need for an attorney again in the future, but if I ever do I would absolutely hire Dana again!
