I highly recommend the services of Attorney Dana Judas, a compassionate, discreet, sensitive person who knows how to hear when you are sad and frustrated, she is realistic and very professional. She is one of those types of people who make you feel comfortable. My divorce case should have been reso...lved in 90 days and it had been going on for more than 8 months, I was already desperate. She helped solve it almost immediately. The calls and mediations of the Court were over for me, because she was in charge of everything. I previously contacted two or three of these On-Line Agencies that promise you that if you pay them they will help you right away (liars-liars); that was a waste of time, you end up paying a lot of money because they take monthly amounts from your credit card and they print the forms for you (so that you fill them out and return to them and you don't even understand what you're doing and the process can take you many months, without having someone truly responsible). Please read the reviews of those websites, it helps a lot to avoid getting scammed. Later I wanted to handle the case by myself, but when you have minor children, that becomes difficult and complicated. A real stress for me and my ex-husband too. The only thing I regret is not having hired Attorney Dana Judas before. She was accessible to my emails, calls all the time and she solved everything, better than expected. The prices are quite accessible. It was enough for us to meet only once, we talked about the case and she told me what would happen next and that's what happened. My first language is Spanish and I thought the communication was going to be complicated, but she made everything so simple for me. I am very thankful! It was the company where I work that put me in contact with her, through excellent services called PAS (Personal Assistance Services), which I didn't even know I had as part of my benefits. Literally. Dana was amazing. She has represented me for about four years now and I wouldn't even dream of hiring another lawyer. Before our first trial I did mediation on my own and it was rough. I asked her to attend mediation (part 2) and she advocated for me relentlessly, but also told what was re...asonable and feasible without me needing to ask. When we went to trial Dana was ferocious on my behalf. We won. When we went to our contempt hearing Dana knew what line of questioning was best and was absolutely open and clear about our strategy. We won. We went to appeals court and Dana worked tirelessly on my case. She went before the appeals court for me. We won. We've done other court proceedings and we won every time. Dana knows what she's doing and how to do it. Most importantly, Dana knows how to communicate to clients and put things in a way anyone can understand. My divorce is over and done with, but I'll be going back to court forever, probably. I trust Dana with the entire legal aspect of custody with my kids, and I always will. I'll never trust anyone else and I honestly recommend Dana to anyone else going through divorce, as in I actively recommend her to all my friends and acquaintances when I hear they're going through divorce. Dana is an amazing friend and an even better lawyer. I would literally take a bullet for Dana.

Dana took over my divorce case about 1/2 way through the process. I didn't feel like a priority to my first lawyer and I'm SO GLAD I made the switch to Dana. She hit the ground running with my divorce. She is very knowledgeable and personable. She answered all my questions and kept the ball rolling. ...She won my case and did it ethically and with my kids' best interest at heart. She helped me stand up to my abusive ex and helped me win sole custody. I am so grateful I had her and her team in my corner.

Dana has all the qualities you would hope for in a divorce lawyer. Mine was a complicated case involving support and custody issues across international borders and Dana handled it brilliantly. She is extremely thorough, meticulous, passionate, and highly motivated. She is also extremely quick-witted..., and seems to have knowledge at her fingertips: over the course of the trial, the judge brought up issues around the international borders, and Dana very quickly formulated answers (complete with references to points of law) that were satisfactory to the judge. It was quite a pleasure to watch her in action! She also has a support team working tirelessly in the background. I cannot recommend Dana highly enough!
