Replied last December 18, 2017I'm always sorry to see a poor rating. We do our best to give people realistic expectations at the start of a case. We have legal assistants do much of the background work on our workers' comp cases (that's what this one was), and it is extremely rare for somebody to not get same day service. Unfortunately there are people who don't understand why their cases aren't "worth" more, and they ultimately give a bad review because they are disappointed with a result they could not recognize as a good result under the circumstances of their case. I do remember this client and her circumstances well. I never settle a case without the client's full consent, and this case was no exception to that rule.

I hired pete for a case, he is very knowleagable and told me right up front what to expect. I have done some of the work but that is only to keep the cost down which is fine by me, his staff is very quick to respond to questions that need to be answered. I would give hus name out as needed.
