After a severe injury on the job I started running the maze of WC adjusters and Doctors. I had the gullibility to believe that the WC adjuster was fair and straightforward. I was wrong. One surgery later and three months off work later I finally contacted Jake. I never really trusted insurance compan...ies before, but now, I will never even give them the benefit of doubt. All of a sudden the adjuster decided to disagree with the ER Dr. and the Dr that preformed the surgery. Of course I had to sue them. I am not a person that has ever sued or even thought I would ever have to. In the end, Jake negotiated to have the Drs paid off in full, a fair settlement (according to the guidelines) with interest and to keep the claim open for future medical care to be paid for by the insurance company. I hold Jake Peters in the highest regard. He is very straightforward, honest and knowledgeable. If I am ever injured again he will be my first call.
