I got hurt at work in 2013. Jake took on my case and helped me with the whole process. He made sure that i was seeing the doctors I needed to. When I was healed he helped me during the court process. Back in 2011, I got a serious back injury at work, and had to have surgery to repair a disk.In 2012, I suffered another back injury, and had to have two more surgeries. I was in limbo with the Workman's Comp insurance on how they were going to take care of my future. I was receiving workman's comp, b...ut things were being dragged out. He sat and listened, and said the company was waiting for the stature of limitations to run out, and I would be screwed. We talked some more, and Jake said he could help, and took my case. He went after this company, and found that they were shorting me Workman's Comp, and straightened that out. He got the ball rolling with the doctors for more through exams. He went head to head with the insurance company, with medical records in hand, documentation from work, and co-workers on scene, and played hardball. He got me a very good settlement, and the will have to take care of my back for life. I am 70% disabled, but moble. I wouldn't have anything if it wasn't for JAKE PETERS. He cared about my wellbeing, and I also call him friend.

After a severe injury on the job I started running the maze of WC adjusters and Doctors. I had the gullibility to believe that the WC adjuster was fair and straightforward. I was wrong. One surgery later and three months off work later I finally contacted Jake. I never really trusted insurance compan...ies before, but now, I will never even give them the benefit of doubt. Jake found numerous mistakes in their handling of my case. He had them correct them with interest. When complications developed from the surgery, I had to go to the ER. All of a sudden the adjuster decided to disagree with the ER Dr. and the Dr that preformed the surgery. The adjuster sent a rather nasty letter essentially stating that they were not liable for the ER visit and there was no way that this was connected to the original injury. Of course I had to sue them. I am not a person that has ever sued or even thought I would ever have to. In the end, Jake negotiated to have the Drs paid off in full, a fair settlement (according to the guidelines) with interest and to keep the claim open for future medical care to be paid for by the insurance company. I hold Jake Peters in the highest regard. He is very straightforward, honest and knowledgeable. If I am ever injured again he will be my first call.
