Takes a Case, No Follow Thru

I contacted this attorney to assist in a real estate matter and he agreed to take it on, that was in April 2018. I sent the information he needed to follow through and never heard from him again. I have left multiple messages on his business phone and no communication back at all.

Real Estate Transaction Lawyer

We had recently relocated back to Iowa from Colorado and the seller here in Iowa did not want to use real estate agents for the transaction. We agreed and then researched and then hired Mr. Gardner to assist us. He exhibited his professionalism and competence throughout the process. Our real estate... purchase transaction and closing went smoothly. Mr. Gardner's fees are very, very reasonable. We would definitely refer others in need of legal assistance to him.
