We are a non-traditional law firm dedicated to providing legal guidance with compassion and understanding.  Many of our clients are vulnerable, in nursing homes, elderly, special needs, or grieving a loss.  We handle these clients very gently, and have worked with the government systems enough to know what to expect and how to prepare our clients.

However, we also engage in estate planning for the average folk. Contrary to popular belief, you do not need to be rich in order to need estate planning.  Estate planning is a fancy term for protecting your heirs from having to go through the probate process. Anyone who owns real estate needs this, whether it is paid for or not.

Our first Values Statement is People are more important than money.  Do we have to charge for legal work? Yes, I have to pay salaries and keep the lights on.  Are our fees reasonable? I claim they are.  Additionally, if you are a married Medicaid client with limited resources, we offer a sliding fee scale.

Our clients hug us.  We like that.  Did I mention we are a non-traditional law firm?

Visit our web site, facebook page, or drop in to spend lunch with us, if you would like to get to know us a bit better.  Our conference room is in the kitchen.

Assistance with probate
As the executor of a will, I was not familiar with probate. Cnythia met with me and explained the process, reviewed all of the documentation I provided and filed the appropriate paperwork with the court. She also filed the necessary forms with the IRS. I have every confidence in her ability to bring this all to a close.

I should of called her sooner
During the free consultation, Cynthia took my financial information and clearly explained and diagramed the steps needed to get my nursing home resident spouse on Medicaid. Then just as she outlined, her and her staff got the process completed for me.

Letsch Law Firm review
Cynthia and Austin walked me through the WHOLE Medicaid process when I had to admit my husband to a nursing facility. Their financial outline worked perfectly and when Austin needed something e-mailed and I had to send multiple pages because I'm technologically challenged, he was ALWAYS kind and understanding. If the opportunity would ever arise that someone I know needs an attorney for elder law I would not hesitate to recommend THE LETSCH LAW FIRM.

Great long-standing Experience
I have worked with Cynthia and her team for estate planning and for my business. Unlike some other lawyers, they show that they care! I mean, when was the last time you heard someone say they receive a hug from their attorney each time they leave their office!? They know their stuff too when it comes to estate planning. My will with beneficiary trust for my wife and I is well written and very clear on how it will work for our young family. Thanks Letsch Law Firm!

Great Help in Assisting Me with my Uncle's needs!
When called upon to use my Power of Attorney for my elderly Uncle I had a consultation with Cynthia & Austin. I hired her firm to assist me knowing that at some point we would have to apply for Medicaid. Unfortunately, my Uncle passed from COVID just prior to filing for Medicaid. However, there were many emails & phone calls prior with questions I had as to how to best manage his finances & real estate. I can't express enough how grateful I am for the assistance they provided me to make the best possible decisions for my Uncle's benefit! They are Fantastic people to work with!
