Joe did nothing for me except lie through his teeth about every date and meeting that was being discussed amongst him and the prosecutor. After being incarcerated for 3 and a half months, he finally got me into a rehabilitation facility. Once at the rehabilitation facility, I was doing amazing. My ca...se manager asked me if I’d be ok with going to a sober living house…I said sure, but I need to ask my lawyer since I’m out on furlough. Long story short, Joe told me to go ahead and go…..so I discharged from the rehabilitation center and was getting ready to go to the sober living house when I get a call from Joe and he tells me that I can’t go to the sober living house and I got some more bad news too…..your sentencing date that is in 4 days was canceled and now it’s almost 2 months from now. The man played with my freedom like it was nothing to him. And this wasn’t anything I could not have done with the public defender I already had. I wouldn’t recommend this guy to defend anyone for a parking ticket.
