Results!

Bill Failey is very thoughtful, knowledgeable, honest and exudes integrity. He was honest as to what I could expect as an outcome, always returned calls and was responsive to questions. He is patient and explains the law. I would recommend him to a friend .

Grieved " Mom"

If you want someone who will stick to the task at hand.. this is the Attorney that you should have.. He worked untiredly on the case and Won!!! I was well informed every step of the way.. Thank You Bill for a job well Done!

Truck driver

Very knowable on Michigan no fault insurance. Recommended him to family and friends. He got me everything I deserved from the insurance company even my medical taken care of. I would recommend him to any one I knew or any stranger that will need a great lawyer. And I would use him time and time ag...ain if I needed

Real Endurance

When I met Mr. Failey he was very upfront with me about my case. Because we live in a state that has no-fault laws it is very difficult to get things done for the "people". Mr. Failey made it very clear to me, and was knowledgeable of the law. I appreciated his honesty. One great quality that sticks ...out to me is that when I thought the fight was over, he didn't. Mr. Failey was still working behind the scene of things. It definitely showed me, he has "real endurance". Yes, he is a young attorney, and he has proven to me that he will put up a fight for his client.

Auto Accident Client

I would recommend William Failey as he did a fantastic job at helping fight my auto accident claims. He fought against the Auto Insurance company as they were attempting to try to get out of paying my medical bills that were a result of my auto accident. I was an innocent passenger in the vehicle th...at was struck by someone who ran the red light. The auto insurance kept denying the medcial bills until I hired lawyer William Failey. William Failey is very polite, respectable, personable, knowledgeable and dedicated. :)
